Jane Bowler

Jane Bowler has been teaching individual and group exercise as a fitness instructor, coach and personal trainer for over 30 years. She brings her vast knowledge of the human anatomy combined with movement to assist people in restoring flexibility and their quality of health. She has studied Tai Chi, Qi Gong, various yoga styles and Feldenkrais movement. Jane also holds a license as therapeutic massage therapist specializing in chronic conditions for over 20 years helping people to restore body alignments and overall health. Coming Soon
